Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. You may also reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
