Booking & Cancellation Policies

Booking Policy
Sip ’n Shell experiences are non-refundable, as space and materials are reserved in advance.

Rescheduling
If you’re unable to attend, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. When possible, we’ll happily transfer your booking to a future date or issue a credit.

No-Shows
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.

Event Changes
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule an experience, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to attend a future event.
